Navigating death and dying helps us to navigate life and living.

For the past 18 years, I have worked as a counsellor and clinical social worker in the community and at Hospice. I am a registered social worker (13713) with BCCSW and a member of BCASW. I have always been deeply intrigued by life's transitions (birth, divorce, death etc.), and how these transitions weave their intricate threads into the fabric of our own unique tapestry. My decision to start Good Grief Counselling came from the desire to companion others through this deeply meaningful and rewarding work.
When I'm not swimming or riding my bike, I'm curled up with my dog Molly reading a good book.
